L'ovulation est la libération d'un ovule par l'ovaire. Un faible niveau d'hormone lutéinisante (LH) est toujours présent dans l'urine. Vers le milieu de votre cycle mensuel, la LH augmente soudainement jusqu'à atteindre un niveau élevé qui provoque la libération d'un ovule par votre ovaire (ovulation) environ 14 à 48 heures plus tard. Pour tomber enceinte, l'ovule doit être fécondé à temps par un spermatozoïde. Par conséquent, la période la plus fertile est celle de l'ovulation. Ce test peut vous aider à prédire rapidement et facilement votre période d'ovulation.
Instructions for Use:-
1. To begin testing, open the sealed pouch by tearing along the notch. Remove the test kit from the pouch and use it as soon as possible.
2. Immerse the strip vertically into the urine sample with the arrow end pointing towards the urine, at least 10 seconds. Do not immerse past the ?Mark? Line.
3. Take the strip out and lay the strip flat on a clean, dry surface. Wait for red coloured bands to appear. The test should be read in approximately 3 ? 5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 5 minutes.
4. Interpretation of Results:-
Negative
If only the control line appears, or the test line is much lighter than the control line, the test result is negative which means no LH surge is detected.
Positive
If both Test line and Control line are visible and the test band is darker than or equal to the control band: the test result is positive which means the ovulation will happen in the next 24?48 hours.
Invalid:
Only line and quality control line does not appear or reaction line and quality control line didn?t appear: judgement test paper is invalid It is recommended that in this case the test be repeated.
