How do I place my order?
The ordering process is very simple:

How do I fulfill my Prescription?
Send a photo of your prescription to our Whats App number 655004189, and speak to one of our pharmacists for verification and availability. Once your preferred store location is agreed and payment made via the mobile money number provided, prescription will be dispensed for pick up at store or delivered to your nominated address. You can also upload a prescription during the checkout process.
How do I reset my account password ?
“If you are unable to remember your account password, we have a safe option for resetting your password. During log-in, you should be able to see an option where it states “Forgot Password”.

Type in your location or turn on your GPS to view and get directions to the nearest store.

How Secure are my details when I use my mobile money account or bank/debit/credit card
We use PCI-DSS level 1 certified payment methods, including VISA, MASTERCARD, and Mobile Money which means we utilise the highest security standards in the world.
Do you accept cash on delivery
Unfortunately at this stage we do not accept payment upon delivery. Kindly make the payment in advance via the various options provided during Check out (Mobile money,debit/credit card).

Delivery
What delivery options are available ?
When checking out you will able to select what delivery options you prefer. You can either collect your order instore from the nearest branch, or your order can be delivered to your nominated location by our approved delivery partner.
How much is the delivery cost?
The delivery charges are calculated based on your location. This is displayed on the summary page before you make payment.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched from the store, you’ll be notified via Email. Reach out to a customer representative via +237-655-004-189 or send an email to info@temovision.com.
Can I send someone to collect my order on my behalf ?
For in-store pick-up, we will only release the order to a third party upon confirmation from you through our various communication channels that someone is collecting for you, or if we have proof(order notification email) that the individual is picking it up on your behalf.
How long does delivery take after ordering ?
Your purchase will be delivered within 4 hours , if you make your order between 8:00 am and 8.00 p.m, Monday to Sunday. If you purchase after 8.00 p.m delivery will be done the next day and In the event we face challenges with delivery, you will be notified at the earliest time possible.

We offer free Blood Pressure testing , free Body Mass Index check , free Vitamin Deficiency testing, Blood Sugar testing. Eye and Dental Checks can also be performed.
