At Temo Vision (temovision.com), customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, refund, or store credit, subject to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both:
A. Defective / Incorrect / Damaged Items
You may return an item if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item is expired
- The item has missing parts or accessories
- The package was significantly damaged in transit
- The order was lost in transit
B. Non-Defective Items
You may also return an item if:
- You changed your mind
- You ordered the wrong size, color, model, or variation
- You no longer want the item
- The item is unused and in resalable condition
To qualify for a return of a non-defective item, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice)
2. Return Window
Cameroon
Customers in Cameroon may request a return within 3 calendar days after delivery.
International Orders
Customers in all other countries we ship to may request a return within 7 calendar days after delivery.
A return request submitted after the applicable return window may not be approved.
3. Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail/courier.

4. Return Shipping Costs
For defective, damaged, incorrect, expired, or incomplete items:
Temo Vision will cover the return shipping cost where applicable, or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges upon approval.
For non-defective returns (for example: change of mind, wrong size/color selected by customer):
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.
5. Refund Options
If your return is approved, you may receive one of the following depending on the case:
- Refund to your original payment method
- Exchange (if available)
- Store credit / credit note
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected, unless the issue involves a confirmed lost shipment or another approved exception.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days
- The amount will be returned to your original payment method
- Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account
If store credit / credit note is issued instead, it will be made available in your Temo Vision account after approval.
7. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return, refund, exchange, or credit note, please email us with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Reason for the request
- Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, expired, incorrect, or incomplete)

8. Conditions for Returned Items
Returned items must meet the following conditions unless they are defective or were sent in error:
- Must be in original packaging
- Must be unused and unopened
- Must include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any)
- Must not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or tampering after delivery
We reserve the right to reject a return if the item does not meet the conditions above.
9. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, safety, or perishable reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
These items may include, where applicable:
- Personal care / hygiene items
- Products that expire quickly
- Opened consumables
- Certain health-related products
- Items sealed for hygiene protection once opened
Important:
These items may still be returned if:
- They were delivered damaged
- They are defective
- They were expired
- The wrong item was sent
Non-returnable items are not eligible for return due to change of mind.
10. Items Damaged After Delivery
We do not accept returns for items damaged due to:
- Misuse
- Improper storage
- Accidental damage after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
However, if an item becomes defective after reasonable use and appears to have a manufacturing fault, please contact us and we will review the issue case by case.
11. Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Orders
If your order is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, please contact us immediately at:

- A replacement

12. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible items, including:
- Wrong size
- Wrong color
- Wrong model
- Defective or damaged item
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit instead.
13. Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing it.

If the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return according to this policy.
14. Countries Covered by This Policy
This return and refund policy applies to orders shipped to:
- Cameroon
- And all other countries/regions where Temo Vision offers shipping and sales
If local law in a customer’s country provides additional return rights, those rights will apply where required.
