Faiba 4G network in Kenya uses the 700MHz spectrum dubbed Band 28
Jamii Telecommunication’s Faiba Sim Card Compatible Phones, MiFi, Routers, and Modems have steadily grown since it was conceived in 2017.
Unlike Telkom, Airtel, or Safaricom, Faiba 4G’s network is purely 4G. This means that if you do not have a phone with 4G support, you cannot use Faiba 4G. Furthermore, the Faiba 4G network in Kenya uses the 700MHz spectrum dubbed Band 28. Band 28 is a relatively rare band to find on most smartphones.
