How to Use
1. Brush teeth thoroughly for 2 minutes, at least twice daily. For best results, use every morning and before bed, ideally also after meals.
2. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a bristled toothbrush. Brush all surfaces of the teeth and along the gum line. Rinse after brushing. For best results, use as part of your daily oral care routine.
