Phenylephrine hydrochloride
Guaifenesin
Paracetamol is a painkiller that will also help to reduce a fever. Phenylephrine hydrochloride is a decongestant that will unblock to nose and sinuses. Guaifenesin is an expectorant which will loosen the phlegm that is causing a chesty cough.
