Mandatory Requirements to Become an Agent
- Partnership request to be sent to the Super Agent.
- Two 4×4 color photographs
- Letter of commitment
- Account Handler Card
- Photocopy of the National ID of the point of sale
- Location map of the point of sale and manager
- Working capital of one million FCFA

How to Become a MTN Mobile Money Agent in Cameroon?
- Go to the Nearest MTN Cameroon Service center or apply online.
- Provide your Full Name, Contact, Email, and National Identity Card.
- Wait for the official response from MTN through the contacts you have provided in case you choose to use the online platform.
- Your MTN Mobile Money account or wallet will be created instantly. Going to the service center speeds up the process.
